When the threshold score is not met how it that handled with recaptcha v3? It seems that the form is just reloaded and redirects are ignored, how is this handled with POS is there a way I can capture or handle this event?
Please don't recommend hcaptcha it is a bad user experience outside of the US (apparently non US IP addresses are all dodgy :) )

PawelI think redirect is only executed if form is successfully submitted. If validation fails, no redirect/callbacks/etc.
