@Daryl at the moment, you send in a request to support@platformOS.com with the instance(s) that you need it for. Reason is that current usage plans can be abused and we're being careful to activate this on a per Channel Partner basis.

With the ability to spin up your own servers for usage (being worked on by our team), this will remove the safety valve we currently have in place for Websockets - the eta for that is "Work in Progress".
